Gaiger Bros have undertaken considerable amounts of property development in the last 15 years, both on greenfield and brownfield sites. The development has included both industrial and residential works and has been carried out in partnership with other private developers and with local authorities. Some examples of fully completed developments are listed below.

Conversion of former army barracks
site into mixed use development. Site
includes housing, B1 offices, headquarters
for Sarsen Housing Association, a factory and a DIY Superstore. Most of these works were designed and built by ourselves
and sold or leased to the client upon completion.
Hopton Industrial Estate - Phase
I
Speculative construction
of industrial units for leasing. Present
occupiers include Smallbone of Devizes,
Toft Foods and Omitec Instrumentation.
Wharfside Craft
Units, Devizes
Partnership
with Kennet District Council whereby small craft shop units and offices funded
and built in a traditional style near to the Kennet and Avon canal by ourselves.
In return Kennet District Council took a long lease on the property.
Salisbury Road Industrial Estate,
Pewsey (6 acres)
Full development of a greenfield site on the edge of Pewsey village in Wiltshire. All infrastructure works were carried out by ourselves with a view to selling off individual plots of land as demand suited. Present occupiers include a telecommunications company and a veterinary hospital.
